What is the relationship between the cloud platform and the onsite gateway?
Guestroom and public devices via RCU/gateway — local scenes and offline keep-alive on gateway; cloud for monitoring, policies and analytics.
Is docking with PMS supported?
Yes — standard or custom interfaces sync room status and check-in/out to trigger welcome, power-off and other scenes. Confirm PMS list and field mapping during solution design.
Can I use it on my phone?
Provide responsive web access and support for O&M apps (see download center for code scanning installation package). The mobile terminal is suitable for alarm processing, house status inquiry and simple remote control.
How is data stored and secured?
HTTPS transport; roles, audit logs and field masking. On-prem deployment for compliance — contact engineering.
Is the platform free to use during the warranty period?
Engineering contracts often include a platform term and remote support per contract; renew SaaS or on-prem maintenance after expiry.
