FAQs

Is training paid?

Some public courses and downloads are free; on-site, custom and lab sessions are quoted per day or project. Strategic and volume customers may receive training credits — ask sales.

Minimum class size?

Remote: 3+ recommended; on-site: 5+ for lab rotation. Small groups may join an upcoming class or go remote.

Certificates?

Completion certificates (digital) after required hours and assessment; advanced certification per partner agreement.

Training before acceptance?

Yes — ideally 1–2 weeks after first guestrooms are commissioned and before full opening, so hotel staff can take over daily operations.

Can materials be shared externally?

Slides and internal docs are for trainees only — no public redistribution or commercial teaching without permission. Public docs are marked in Downloads.
