Onboarding flow from application to first shipment

Becoming a Concordia partner usually takes 2–6 weeks to complete the communication of intent to ship the first order (depending on the qualification review and training arrangements). The following process helps you prepare materials in advance to improve docking efficiency.

Detailed flow

  1. 1. Submit your intention to cooperate

    Through the official websiteContact Usor business email, indicating the company name, main business area, business type (distributor/integration/agent/OEM) and contact information.

    Approximately 1–3 business days to respond
  2. 2. Qualification Assessment and Interview

    Channel manager telephonic/video communication to understand team size, project experience, warehousing after-sales capabilities and annual targets; site visits or sample experiences when necessary.

  3. 3. Sign a cooperation agreement

    Confirm the cooperation level, authorized area (if any), annual task, price and rebate terms, and both parties sign the Distribution/Agency Cooperation Agreement and Confidentiality Agreement.

  4. 4. Account activation and training

    Open channel prices, download center permissions; arrange products and applicationstraining, it is recommended that at least 2 engineers complete the Foundation Certification.

  5. 5. First order with prototype (optional)

    Purchase prototypes or first order inventory according to regional promotion needs; Kanghui provides first order logistics and invoicing support, and designates project matchmakers.

  6. 6. Project preparation and delivery

    Significant projects are reported in advance; Kanghui technical support participates in program review, deepening design (as agreed) and debugging troubleshooting assistance.

  7. 7. Continuous Empowerment and Review

    Quarterly business review, new product launch training, joint marketing; qualified partners can upgrade the level or expand the authorization area.

  • Copy of business license (with official seal)
  • Company profile (including years of establishment, main area, number of team members)
  • Cases of hotel/building intelligence projects in the past three years (project name, scale, role)
  • Intent to cooperate type and target area description
  • Authorized representative business card and contact information
  • (Agency/OEM) If yes: Description of existing brand or custom requirements
